About Doctor
Dr. Spurlock graduated University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2008. She then moved to San Diego, CA where she completed internal medicine residency at Scripps Mercy Hospital in 2011. She has worked as an internist for Scripps Hospital over the last 10 years, and has greatly enjoyed transitioning into primary care. Her background includes medical missions overseas, and in her previous career she was an ICU nurse in the army.
When she is not working, she is a mother of twin boys. She enjoys hiking and swimming in the ocean.
