Services Offered

• Medical and Nursing Care: Skilled nurses and hospice physicians provide pain and symptom management, regular assessments, and care coordination.Therapies: Physical, occupational, and speech therapy as needed to promote comfort and function.
• Medical Equipment and Supplies: Delivery of hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen, medications, and other essential supplies directly to the home.
• Holistic Support: Integrative therapies such as massage, music, aroma, Reiki, and pet therapy to promote peace and well-being.
• Emotional & Spiritual Support: Counseling for patients and families, spiritual care, and grief/bereavement support before and after loss.
• Family and Caregiver Support: Education, respite care, 24/7 on-call assistance, and volunteer companionship services.
• Specialty Programs: Support for California’s End-of-Life Option Act (Medical Aid in Dying), wound care specialists, and mobile physician services.
• Levels of Care: Routine home care, continuous care for acute needs, general inpatient care for crises, and respite care to relieve caregivers.

All services are typically covered under Medicare, Medi-Cal, and many private insurance plans, with minimal to no out-of-pocket costs for eligible patients.
